Part of the up and coming Warnecke subdivision, this Valencia project is located just north of Houston's loop 610 and west of Shepherd Drive on Maxroy Street. This neighborhood (in close proximity to Cottage Grove) is transitioning from a once industrial to a now residential community. Valencia is developing the property with 58 free standing townhome units slated for completion in the 2nd quarter 2007.
