Valencia Real Estate Development has over ten years experience in the land acquisition, development and building industries. President and founder Chris Ferguson has spent the past decade building commercial, residential and mixed-use spaces with a unique concept in mind. Valencia never loses sight of the audience. Striving to build mixed-use developments and communities with exceptional integrity in plan, design and detail. Prior to Valencia, Chris founded a custom homebuilding company after getting his start in the industry with one of Houston's most prolific builders.
